The Jungle Effect Diet (Cameroonian): Day 6
Breakfast: millet porridge with raisins, sunflower seeds, honey and berry skyr. .
Lunch: waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. (Oops). .
Dinner: sweet potato and plaintain curry, tatales (fried plantain pancakes), pili polo chicken, collard greens, spicy okra, and pineapple with coconut. .
