As 2017 is quickly coming to a close, I have a big regret about this year not being better. This year was good but my personal choices should have been better. I should have chosen my health and happiness about things that didn’t deserve my attention. I won’t make that mistake for 2018. #welcomebacktome
Last night was my works Christmas do....the last outfit I wore was a size 18, but this year, this dress was a size 12!
I may not be at my lightest due to a bit of early Christmas indulgence but I’m a long way away from my heaviest! Hoping to find some motivation again and get back to going to meetings every week!
I’ve had a weird time trying to find my food groove lately. I’m in this foreign place where I’m happy wth the way I look and feeling good but also overeating the sweets so trying to find a peaceful balance ☺️ the most important change I’m trying to make is eating real food every day. Sometimes I go days where I just eat snacks and feel horrible. here I have one slice of bread (1sp 35 cal) 1 T whipped cream cheese (1sp 25 cal) tomato slices, spinach, honey ham (1sp 60 cal) velveeta (1sp 45 cal) and a slice of bacon (1sp 25 cal) with a side of air fried French fries (3sp 90cal) and a clementine. 8sp and 280 calories for the plate. Not bad at all!
First week on #freestyle was successful even if I didn't follow it real well. It is taking a little time to get used to. But a loss is a loss- even if I ate too many cookies🍩 and not enough veggies🥕. Total loss since the first of the year is 20.8 lbs. Started back @weightwatchers on 11/18 and am down 4.8lbs🎉. It is working if I keep working the plan😁💕.
Dinner tonight is pesto pasta with peas, chicken, cheese and spinach 😌 I used 90g of pasta (8SP) 2 baby bel lights (2SP) peas (0SP) spinach (0SP) 22g of reduced fat pesto (1SP) 👍🏻 mums friend has just bailed on her on their winter wonderland trip tomorrow so I am going instead ⛄️❄️🍷✨
