Lil transformation pic. Aug 29th - Today. 170.9-160.8 2320 Cals per day, 145p, 245c, 76f. Enjoying cutting tbh, especially the last two weeks as that’s when I’ve seen the most progress. Usually fast till after 14:00 drinking ☕️ to start my days and leather my meals later in the day. Helps big time with gigging and being hungry late. Main diet difference?NO ALCOHOL 🙉. 2 drinks in 10 weeks. Main reason I wanted to cut was because I was not in shape when working in Lanza and just hated the majority of photos taken of me on stage. Pretty happy with any that are taken at the moment. 🤠 Anywayzzz that how I cut. Shall keep at the same cals for another 4 weeks and see where I’m at then. Shoutout to @senanstanley7 For going gym 9 times a week and @mcfuturefitness for being a big ball of knowledge.
