Retard de post du jeudi sportif avec un run pas facile...du vent pleine face et j'avais du mal à dérouler même si les sensations étaient bonnes...bizarre...mais bon ça donne un run très sympa et avec un très bon rythme 😉 Après c'était corde à sauter (avec une nouvelle corde vu que l'autre a rendu l'âme lors de la dernière séance 🙈...oups) avec 4000 sauts! Strengthening the Glutes. - Our Glutes are made up of 3 major muscles: 1 – Glute Max 2 – Glute Med 3 – Glute Min - All 3 of these muscles work together to perform hip extension, thigh abduction as well as internal and external rotation of the thigh. Due to the fact that these muscles rarely work in isolation, it is essential that we train them as a unit. - Two simple ways to incorporate this into your current training are via the use of mini bands. 1 – Place a mini band above the knee while squatting 2 – Place a mini band above the knee during glute bridges - The addition of the mini band during these movements forces active abduction from the glute med as it maintains correct knee position.
