FEATURE FRIDAY 🎉 It seems only right on the eve of #HBCxMeetDublin that I feature one very special person this Friday: Fab @fabgiovanetti, founder extraordinaire of the Health Bloggers Community @hbloggerscom 💚 . . . This lady has been an incredible support to me after I suggested that I could do a few little events in Dublin for HBC after I moved from London 6 months ago. Her advice, wisdom and just complete and utter boss babe-ness have been a total inspiration and I feel very proud to be waving the HBC banner for her in Ireland and spreading the love about her good work and the community she has built 💚🇮🇪🥑 . . . Ticket sales have been going mad in the last couple of days and I’ve been counting up goody bags trying to squeeze as many of you in as possible. Overnight oats 💜 perfect me

Overnight oats 💜 perfect meal prep and lasts all week 😋 - 1/2 mashed banana - 3/4 cup almond milk - 1/2 cup oats - 2 tbsp hemp hearts - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 1/8 tsp nutmeg ~ mash banana in a mason jar, then mix with almond milk and add all other ingredients. Put lid on and shake, then store in fridge for up to five days

[L a z y V e g a n F o o d 😻] Yes ... we all need a little lazy food in our lives ... There's nothing wrong with that, as long as it is balanced with nutritious meals too! I believe the key to a healthy lifestyle is balance and moderation! You should be able to enjoy a treat or a lazy meal and not feel guilty because you know you also have the healthy snacks and meals too!! Here I've just thrown some Vegan sausages in a focaccia bread with lots of lettuce, cucumber, pepper, spring onion and some cheesy wilted spinach on top and lots of vegan butter 👌🏼 a great lunch when you're strapped for time or just can't be bothered ... 🙊 Don't be too hard on yourselves if you do have a lazy meal or unhealthy snack !! Remember to balance yourselves 💕
