2018 I see you. The transforma

2018 I see you. The transformation of the mind that I have gone through since beginning my journey to better myself physically is mind boggling. It led me to find a tribe that has been a power machine towards not only building myself physically but mentally and emotionally. _ It's not yet even January but my incredible coach is working with us/ me on building our 2018 goals. Not just 2018 goals, but a 90 day game plan as well beginning January. The top 10 goals she wants us to focus on for our 90 day game plan include: 1. Do something for someone who has helped you in your business and make that person feel special. 2. Invest in a tool or resource that will push your business forward. 3. Schedule 3 hours of implementation a week. 4. Do one thing per week for the next 90 days for your significant other. 5. Commit to that ONE THING that will move your business forward 6. Giving up that one thing that sucks the life out of you or takes away time that could be used for doing something useful 7. Set weekly fitness goals. As coaches, we are still working on ourselves. 8. Do atleast one thing per week that will leave you feeling happy, e.g a massage, wine date, go to the movies, get a facial e.t.c 9. Schedule a mastermind to share this process and share goals 10. Set your income goal for the next 90 days starting January. I left this meeting with goosebumps and still feel them. Setting scary goals and working alongside those who are living proof that this lifestyle is rewarding is mind blowing. The future is very bright.

Today I didn’t want to eat, i didn’t want to look at food or have it in my belly. I don’t know what triggered those feelings but it’s hard to snap out of it. As I laid in bed procrastinating meal prepping, I thought of the consequences of not eating or cooking my meals. My boyfriend wouldn’t have food (I meal prep for him), I most likely wouldn’t eat, I would be tired and hangry, my workouts wouldn’t be as good 😒 so I meal prepped. Sometimes we have to do things we don’t want to, to get to where we want. ——— Here are three of the meals I’ll be eating (breakfast and snacks not pictured). ——— Meal 1: gluten free pasta with shrimp ———- Meal 2: gluten free tortilla with chicken and mustard ——— Meal 3: ground turkey and green beans ———-

Just because ive been out of t

Just because ive been out of town for a week doesnt mean i can continue to slack off when i get home! While hubby and my friends were all out watching star wars (which i have no interest in) i managed to kick my ass into gear and meal prep. I ate like shit on the cruise and unfortunately a small cold followed me off the boat and im stuck w the sniffles. So since i need my body to battle this cold ASAP, ill slowly ease back into my workout routine while focusing on my food. Lunch is turkey taco bowls, dinner is beef and barley stew, and also heres a batch of christmas cookies im giving out as gifts. I WOULD keep some for myself but they are actually waaaay too sweet for me now! Thats what happens when you try and keep junk food out of your mouth i guess 🙄

Day 17...things that make vegan life easy: SPRING ROLLS! I can't tell you how easy these are to make. Grab a friend, chop ANY veggies and start an assembly line 😂😂😂who doesn't love a hand-held salad! • You can buy these in the Asian section of the grocery store, along with some easy chili sauces for dipping if you don't want to make any from scratch. Thai Basil is my favorite herb to add inside for a nice kick also. These are super fun to make with kids! 👨‍👧👨🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳 • My go-to sauce is spicy peanut: peanut butter, sriracha, flax milk (to thin out) and agave to taste ❤️🙌🏼🌱(sub hot sauce for a dash of soy sauce for kids!)🦄 • These and veggie make plant based living a breeze: and the veggie combos inside are endless, they never get boring.
