Time period:- 9.5 months to reduce 25 kgs from 15 Feb to 19 October
Age: 33 yrs mother of 2 children

Shoulder: 18" I m tall so that's my least measurement of the shoulder.
Chest: My bra size reduced from 42c to 32c
Waist reduced from 42" to 36" which I want to reduce up to 28"
Exercise:- Laslie up to 11 km

Neelam's diet plan which I followed:-
Ks plan, Ramzan diet, intermittent fasting, rainbow diet, PCOS diet ( but I'm not PCOS patient), 3 Days diet plan etc
Lemon honey water
Acv water with honey
Agar diet follow ker rahi hoti to us k mutabiq ziada tar 1 egg omelet 1 brown bread and cup tea without sugar
As in diet or salad bowl or daal soup or any fruit
As in diet or 1 bran bread 2 tbsp any salan or chana salad or grilled/ steamed fish/chicken.
