So many people ask me for hair

So many people ask me for hairfall problems. Hairfall might result from any nutritional deficiency but sometimes it comes from stress like a change in diet so don't panic if your hair are falling because of dieting. You ll be well adjusted in some weeks. Remember to drink plenty of water and have an adequate sleep every night. Use this remedy of mine to help you cope up with this problem : Use aloe vera gel in your hair.. Apply in roots for 5 minutes.. Then apply this mixture (slightly warm) in hair roots.. 1- coconut oil 2- olive oil 3- mustard oil 4- castor oil 5- A few vitamin e capsules (evion) All oils in equal quantity.. Massage in hair and lie down in inverted position that is your hair level should be lower than your body level.. Lie down on bed/sofa by keeping your head lower than overall body.. Stay like 5 minutes... Wash after 2-3 hours.. Repeat twice a week.. In Sha Allah you will see visible changes in a very short time.. It helps in growth and stops hairfall. A shout out to our new weight loss warrior. Ramlah Ejaz: "For a person who is an extreme foodie and loves food more than anything, giving up on my favorite snacks was the hardest thing to me. Spent whole of the month, figuring out ways to loose but I tried so many things but my weight was stuck. Realized I was making some really small mistakes such as eating a whole wheat biscuit late at night or taking buscuits instead of proper meals.After a month i realized these mistakes and followed Neelam Ijaz's Plans for a month. I used to workout regularly and followed Losertown.
