Few weeks back when Jade did her first ever leg session. She never done any of these exercises before, but she is fast learner and always train hard .
When you learn new exercises is important to know few things:
Your body mobility and range of movement
Why do you do this exercise, etc
Squats, lunges and dead lifts are one of the best leg exercises but i have clients who don't do them at the start of their personal training journey. The reason why is because their body is not ready , mobility is very poor,they have no idea how to braise their core, muscles are lazy.
I see on a daily basis very poor technique, people using way too heavy weight , no control and very poor range of movement.
