One thing I have wanted to do for quite awhile now is actually be able to contour my face successfully, I was playing around with makeup today to try and achieve that look! Stopte je toen je viel, gaf je de hoop op? Waarschijnlijk niet, want je hebt leren lopen, al duurde het even (in mijn geval mogelijk wat langer gezien mijn huidige struikeltalent 😅). Als je keer op keer vervelende ervaringen blijft hebben, is het soms zo lastig om vast te houden. Dat juiste moment - dat het tij keert - je weet niet wanneer het gaat komen. Misschien morgen, misschien duurt het nog wel een jaar. Je hebt ook al eerder de hoop gehad, maar bent toch teleurgesteld. It happens. Maar wat níet moet gebeuren is dat je de hoop opgeeft. Het mag dan langer duren dan je wilde, maar ook jij gaat er komen. Ook ik ga er komen. Het heeft geen zin je tot die tijd de put in te praten, it’s really not worth it. Focus je op wat je wél hebt behaald, wat er voor positiefs is gebeurd en wat je hebt geleerd. You’ll get there. well here it goes! bulking szn

well here it goes! bulking szn is here - this is my first time actually “bulking” so I’ve done hours of research on macros for the most muscle gain, increasing my protein and carbs by quite a bit while lowering fat just a tad. This is the smallest I have ever been at 127 lbs. I plan on bulking to a healthy 135lbs by the end of winter. My goal is to gradually build muscle, while keeping fat gain at a minimal. I’m going to do this my timing my carbs properly and sticking with my macros. (ill post about this more later). This year’s bulk is going to be based a lot off how I feel. I am definitely going to try to listen to my body better - that means eating when I am hungry and not stuffing my face when I am a short on macros. Happiness and comfort coming first. I will definitely let you guys know how the bulk is going with some casual physique updates and nutritional tips that I learn along the way. We are all in this together haha. so excited to grow! . also just a little special s/o to @nocow @rxbar @thenaturalcitizen @mrm_usa . These are all gluten free, dairy free companies that have been gracious enough to send me a little product. They are amazing sources of protein (no whey) and def a part of my daily meal plans!
