Anyone who follows my #instastories will know i like the 'occasional' pastry ๐....I'm quite partial to a Danish and I'm currently having a mince pie moment....given the approaching season and all that ๐.....And yet I stay quite lean? I eat 5-6 times a day and I have my treats. But I think it's safe to say I burn all the calories i put into my body.
On any given week โI train myself 5-6 times for 60 to 90 minutes.
โ In addition to that, because I train clients one on one I will quite often join in their fat-burning/conditioning element of their workout to set a pace and I guess keep them company. This means at least 1-2 10 minute HIIT sessions every day. ๐จ
โOn top of that I cycle between 25 and 40 kilometres every day.
I don't imagine i can keep this pace up forever but I guess for now, that's how I have my cake and eat it ๐ค๐ #me #fitat40 #40 #fitover40 #fitspo #fitsporation #fitfam #irishfitfam #dublin #ireland
