Day 6: 22nd October 2017 🌿 The Pathway To The Greens🌿 Ever noticed yourself comparing what you got to somebody else’s blessing? And so the saying goes, “Grass is always greener on the other side”. Pretty natural to feel so, but if you are developing a sense of jealousy or hurt in your heart, then definitely it’s not the right thing. You know why? Because Psalm 23: 1-3 says: “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.” And what does that mean for you? : The Lord Jesus has got you sorted, if you trust Him to be the shepherd of your life. The Posterior Chain refers to the structures at the back of the leg and spine. The main muscles that make up the Posterior Chain are the calf muscles, hamstrings, gluteus maximi, latissimus dorsi, the erector spinae muscles, cervical extensors, rhomboids, trapezius, and posterior deltoids. ↘️ Why is it important? How can strengthening it help me? This large group is fundamental to strong and healthy human movement.
