This was yesterday’s workout and today’s active recovery.
This workout came with a huge sense of achievement.
There was a lot of my weaknesses in there. But luckily some strengths.
Before the workout I had so much adrenaline I was shaking. I was so nervous.
Why do I train like this?
Because of what it does to my personal confidence when I overcome something as massive as this.
When I push myself through it, even though it’s really really hard.
By training myself to push through something as difficult as this, I can push myself through anything in life and achieve anything I set my mind to.
The journey to success is long and hard and painful.
But to be fair, there was times during that workout where I was having fun.
Times when I thought to myself ‘this is amazing.’ Then afterwards the feeling of achievement is like no other.
Every muscle is shaking, every part of your body hurts but you just feel elated.
Do we need to train like this ALL of the time...No.
But regularly fulfilling challenges can help you to achieve anything you want to.
