Hoy les traigo un desayunito, muy rico que si ustedes lo desean también puede ser un snack, yase que subi muchos desayunos, pero es mi comida favorita del diaaa😍😍🙌 jaaja PUDIN DE CHIA CHOCOLATOSO -2cdas de chia -1cdita de linaza (no es necesario) -1/2 tza de leche( yo use de coco) -1cdita de Cacao o cocoa -Stevia,canela y vainilla al gusto -1/4 de yogurt griego sin azúcar . . 1️⃣ Una noche antes o por lo menos tres horas antes de cuando vas a desayunar, preparas la chia, con la leche, linaza, cacao, stevia canela y vainilla, para que se pueda activar la chia. 2️⃣ En la mañana siguiente solo agregue mi pudín, luego puse un poco de yogurt, de nuevo pudín y así hasta que se haya acabado la mezcla 3️⃣Por ultimo solo agregue frutitas, puedes usar la que te agrada, 1cdita de crema de cacahuate y 1cda de avena tostadas . . I'd like to thank @timferriss for designing the slow carb diet. In 25 days I went from 204 lbs and 21.7% BF to 194 lbs and 18% BF. That's 9.4 lbs of fat and 0.6 lbs of muscle lost. No tricks, no gimmicks, no dehydration, etc. and I wasn't even perfect every day. I'll probably do it again in January after I enjoy the holidays. Good news pasta lovers!! A lot of people would say brown rice is a better choice than spaghetti, but the facts say otherwise. Seeing as hardly anyone is actually intolerant to gluten cutting out pasta from your diet could be a mistake. Nutritionally, it's just as good as brown rice, better in some cases. It also means you have more meal options and a varied source of carbs. I've given it as a draw.
