A simple lunch, but one of my favourites. This simple, East Asian inspired soup is packed with hidden goodness in the form of a healing bone broth as the base. Rich in collagen and minerals, full of umami and flavour, it's the perfect foundation when topped with alkalizing, sulphur rich vegetables such as kale, bok Choy and napa cabbage. Flavoured with dulse, lots of garlic and ginger and then topped with your favourite protein. So many versions to enjoy and customize, but the recipe for a basic one is on my blog. Link in profile.
