Either way, on average a person sits for something like 11-13 hours a day. ELEVEN to THIRTEEN. It's not just about when you're at work, it's the commute 🚗 to work, it's the meme browsing 🤳🏻 at lunch, it's the netflix binging 📺 after work and then wham. Day is done. 😴 . Folks that are seated all day may notice: . 🔹Neck/Midback Pain 🔹Headache 🔹Low back Pain 🔹Fatigue/Mood Changes . Not to mention the increased risk a sedentary lifestyle poses to developing things such as cardiovascular disease💔 and metabolic disorders. . I want people to

Consistency I want people to understand that being "consistent" doesn't mean doing the same repetitive thing everyday like a brainless nut, I believe each day has its own purpose with an ability to nurture your ever expanding mind! For example as shown above I have my Chicken Meals Set in stone other then a few missing veggies which I will get tomorrow, although the fish is not "fully prepared" .  This is because I don't know yet what I want to do with the fish, so everyday will be a different meal; but I will be consistent with obtaining all the nutrients I need for each day! As for macros, everyday is different so who knows what kind of physical/mental dexterity is expected until it happens. Full Day Of Eating Post 1 2 Liters of Water Mix 2 satchet Green Tea Slice of lemon & ginger 1 tsp cinnamon I do intermittent fasting everyday as it fits my lifestyle , soon as i wake up i just drink water and go do my daily acitivties. Post 2 & 3 Tofu Salad / Chicken Caulirice I break my fast with high protein , medium fat and minimial carbs. Purpose is because when i consume carbs earlier on the day i get lethargic and feel weak. I find that pushing my carbs around the workout window works best for me. And i get to save my carbs at night 🍞🥞. . . *Not included in picture* 🍼Post-Workout Shake 🍼 Post 4 & 5 Ground Beef Salad with Baked Potato Fries / Lamb Chop with Mashed Potatoes Dinner i have most of my calories because i am most hungry at night and tend to crave foods at that time. Post 6 PBJ Bread with Vegetable Smoothie Supper i have a slow digesting protein and carbs coming from the whey protein in the smoothie and the wholegrain bread. Meal is balanced in protein , carbs and fats which will digest slowly through the night keeping me satiated and give constant fuel for my muscles. Macros for now : 1700kcal - 1900kcal Protein : 1.25g/lb bw = 200g Fats : 20% of calories = 40g-50g Carbs : 100g - 200g I tend to cycle my carb and fat intake during heavier training days and non heavy training days. Example on leg and back days i have more carbs to fuel my workout and recover faster. On cardio or rest day i have more fats as carbs will not be needed as much. My diet is suited to me and should yours , eat however many meals you want and adjust the calories for each meal according to your level of satiety. Best diet is one that you can adhere for months and years. 🚫Crash Diets.

What am aiming to say in both posts is : many people are doing lots of non-weight activities without feeling fatigue and still they feel their fitness level is high. BUT if they try to convert into weight bearing activity they feel that they are weak and with low fitness levels. PLEASE understand that you were doing some exercises which have lower intensity than what you are doing now.
