Throw back to a week ago being so so dark 😂. I drank for the first time in a long time on Tuesday and have had a mental hangover ever since 😩. I definitely do not miss drinking. My motivation has been low and my energy has been off as well. I'm trying to get back to a positive place with myself. I am on winter break from school so I have a little more time to put into getting myself to where I want to be physique wise. It takes a lot of mental strength to finish a show and then try to get right back into it. I have been having a hard time with it but I know it's all mind over matter. I need to stop making excuses and just start putting in the work. This is a lifestyle and I need to remember to view it that way! I hope everyone is having a great start to their weekend! 💕

Current condition - not feelin

Current condition - not feeling too bad but still a long way to go🔀 - This is the first time I can (sort of) chill since starting back up again at uni in September. I still have so much work to do over the Christmas period which sucks ass but with finally being able to “chill” has sent my body into decline since I’m used to being up and doing something 24:7. I am feeling pretty weak, with low energy which could also be the time of year🦌but I think it’s important to just have time for yourself so I’m going to try and come off social media for a bit over the festive period. Seit Mittwoch bin ich schon krank und mir fällt echt die Decke auf den Kopf! Und noch bin ich auch noch net ganz fit 😩 Es lief grad alles so gut nach dem super Checkup mit meinem Coach @sebastianweis.bodybuilding und dann kommt DAS 😵 Nicht nur, dass ich nicht trainieren kann und nur rumliegen kann, sondern vom Diäten muss ich diese Woche auch ne Pause einlegen. When you drink alcohol, the liver processing it is more important than anything else. So, the body will end up storing fats as the body is already busy. If you’ve lowered your fat intake, then this won’t happen . 2.Limit starchy carbs. If you’re tracking, you can Limit your starchy carbs through out the day and get most of your carbs and nutrients from veggies, then you can use your carbs for alcohol. I love working out by myself. The earphones in with my music playing. Creating and executing a plan and feeling the rewards of that immediately. Feeling the burn, looking at the pump in my muscles and then feeling the rush of endorphins. My workouts are my time, my meditation. I’ve been working out with friends a lot lately and as much fun as that is, I find myself missing solo gym sessions. There’s something special about a working out alone for me. Maybe it’s the full focus that I can have on the experience within my physical body. It’s sacred time and I miss it when I don’t get enough of it.
