Falling OFF of the wagon feels crappy, but when you hop back on you feel SO good!ð Do YOU take pictures to track your progress?
I used to obsess over the scale instead and pick myself apart. If there were any fluctuates in my weight I would talk crap to myself and then eat my feelings in food.
Honestly, I stopped weight myself all of the time YEARS ago. I broke up with the scale because it was constantly telling me I wasn't good enough (at least that was he story I created in my head). I have been super transparent in sharing that food is my BIGGEST struggle. Like...I can smash food, I tend to overeat at times and I haven't been eating in a balanced way.
I have beeen doing cardio moves along with weights & resistance bands. Eating 3 meals a day and two snacks. Showing up to my girls in my online fit fam no matter what. Good days and bad!
It's amazing what a different a couple WEEKS can make.
If this inspires you and you want to start your own journey...reach out to me and let's chat!
