It's okay to mess up and not be perfect 😌 perfect is boring. Perfect isn't human 😓 we all make mistakes, face set backs and constantly have to re group and plan 📖 this week here are three things I'm doing to keep up with my consistency in the gym and my off season 1️⃣Eat enough and more frequently "I need to meal prep 🥒" 2️⃣practice my self love more. Off season weight gain can be hard even for me. I love my body but sometimes I miss dem shreds ✂️ however I know I'm worth more than my image 3️⃣write up my workouts prior.
