Not going to lie, Iâm so stinking nervous! Iâve never been this nervous about a meal plan before ð³
I took a food sensitivity test last week and some foods I KNEW I was sensitive to (wheat, gluten, dairy), some came as completely devastating surprises (eggs, almonds, coconut, mushrooms, oregano, white potatoes, PEANUTS, and tuna). Lots of these foods I eat daily!
Although my high fat low carb diet did wonders on my symptoms, it makes sense that I was still feeling off. I can only imagine how much inflammation my body is dealing with right now.
So come November 27th Iâm going all in. Although this task seems super daunting, itâs also super reassuring to KNOW what foods to cut out, not just guess.
For 30 days Iâll be following an anti inflammatory protocol, sleeping 8 hours a night, meditating, making once a week mandatory self care appointments (mani/pedi, chiropractor, reiki healing). .
ALL IN. Nervous, but excited AF. Feeling like I have some real answers now ð¤
