The first is Charlie's deadlift routine, focusing on improving his
deadlift by hitting his weak points, which are his hamstrings.
Rowing Machine, 5 minutes warm up
60k x 10
80k x 10
100k x 8
127.5k x 3
145k x 3
180 x failure, ideally 3 or more!
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3 x 8
Deficit Deadlifts 3 x 12
Pendlay Rows 3 x 10
Pullups 3 x Failure
Then a long stretch in the fitness suite with a BPI post workout, I'll need it!

5 minutes cross trainer warm up
2x15 warm up then 3x8 Deadlifts
3x12 Seated Row
3x10 Wide Lat Pull Down
3x12 Hammer Strength Row
3x8 Close Grip Assisted Pull Ups
3x15 Face Pulls
20 minutes running machine, interval sprints
Followed by a post workout omelette for them lean gains!
